Relaxation for evening

Sunset gazing is the perfect peaceful conclusion to a blissful day.

Method:
1. Don't look directly at the sun- just be still and watch the clouds soak up the last bit of light.

2. Listen to the twlight sounds, whether they're breaking waves or a blackbird's evening song. You may find your breathing slows and synchronises to their rhythm.

3. Notice the changing colours and your response to them. Yellow eases emotional release; orange encourages self-awareness; red calms, is heartwarming and balances stress; and violet and indigo are deeply relaxing.
