Relaxation for morning

' Supporting the Sky' is a simple strech from the Qi Gong that strengthens back and lungs, improves breathing and dispels depression.

Method:
1. Stand with your back straight but relaxed. Hold your hands
in front of your stomach, palm up, fingertips facing each other.

2. Breathing in, raise your hands up past your chest turning the palm towards your body. When your hands reach face level rotate them until your palms face up, thumbs out, then stretch up like you're pushing against the sky.

3. Breathing out and turning palms downwards, open your arms
out to your sides. Bend your knees and lower your hands until
you return to the starting posture.

4. Repeat this 10 times and feel your body becoming warmer,
looser and more energised.
