What you need:
2 wooden photos frames about 6 inches X 4 inches, about 1 metre each of red and gold sequin on thread, PVA glue
Instructions:
1. Apply the glue to the frames, allowing the glue to go to tacking by leaving for a few minutes.
2. Run the sequin thread around the frames, slightly overlapping each layer.
* Wooden frames are available from Ikea. Sequin thread available from craft outlets and fabric stores.
