What to do:
Have a lot of dress-up clothes, including scarves, hats, gloves,
high-heel shoes, and jewelry for the girls to assemble different
outfits. Set up a runway. Let each girl cerate an outfit. When
they're ready, they each parade up and down while commentary is given. Have music in the background. Give awards for numerous categories -- most colorful, most creative, best coordination of acessories and so on. Have a camera ready, take plenty of pictures of everyone to send out later with the thank-you notes for the parents.
The girls get to take home the outfits theycreated for the fashion show.
